To Bake Eles

This eel pie is has a wonderful combination of subtle flavors.

- 2 lbs eel, cut into slivers
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter
- Pie crust
Mix all indgredients, except the butter, together and put into pie crust. Put butter over mixture and cover pie. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes (or until eel is cooked).
