Turkey
The orange sauce is a great variation on the standard turkey recipe.

- 1 Small Turkey
- 1 cup Sour Orange Juice*
- 1 oz Sugar
- Orange
- Lemon
Roast turkey until done (internal temperature should reach at least 165 degrees). Simmer orange juice and sugar until the liquid is reduced by half. Cut oranges and lemons into rondels. Pour over cooked turkey and dress with oranges and lemons.
*Subsitute sour orange juice by mixing two parts regular orange juice with one part lemon juice.
